Assemble Vertical Side Frames

Lay out the cut 2x4 lumber pieces on the floor to form the rectangular side frames for the shelving units. These frames will serve as the vertical supports for your shelves. Once laid out, use a cordless drill and appropriate wood screws to securely fasten the pieces together. Ensure all joints are flush and the frames are square by checking with a speed square or tape measure before fully tightening the screws. Create multiple identical frames for all the vertical supports.
