Projects that qualify as Custom Orders:

• Adjust the edging to Square or Flat
• Treads must be rectangular. (No triangles)
• Landings must be square, rectangular, or L- shaped
• Treads must be no larger than 42" wide or 12" deep
• Landings must be no larger than 42" wide or 72" deep 
• Runners must be no larger than 8' long

We cannot accommodate the following:

• Requests to change the binding color for treads, landings, or runners
• Requests for curved, triangle, or U-shaped pieces
• Requests for treads over 42” wide or over 12” deep
• Requests for landings over 42" wide or 72" deep 
• Requests for runners larger than 8' long

Important Information:

• Be sure to provide ACCURATE measurements. We will produce the item exactly to the measurement you provide.
• All sales are FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
• Due to the nature of custom orders, the additional detail and resources required are built into our pricing. All pricing is final. Discounts will not apply to custom orders
• No exceptions will be made for any of the qualifying criteria
