Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

All orders are custom made and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This applies to carpet stair tread sets, singles, landings, runners, and sample orders.

Oak Valley Designs stands behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged item, contact our customer care team at info@oakvalleydesigns.com within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

 

ORDER CHANGE POLICY

We know details sometimes change. You have 24 hours from the time your order is placed to request modifications, including changes to quantity, items, edging, or dimensions. After that window, we'll do our best to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee changes if your order has entered production.

Please note: custom orders are not eligible for revisions or refunds once payment is received.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement are fully refundable. After this window, a material fee of 15% may apply.

To request a cancellation, email orders@oakvalleydesigns.com with the subject line CANCEL ORDER – [Order Number]. Our team will review your request and follow up on eligibility within 2–4 business days.
