Then, switch to the full-size bit and continue drilling to the required depth. It's crucial not to force the bit, allowing the tool to work at its own pace. The hole should be drilled deeper than the anchor's length to allow for debris accumulation. After drilling, brush out any dust and debris from the hole. Insert the wedge anchor into the cleaned hole. Place a washer and nut on the anchor and tighten it with an adjustable wrench. The tightening process pulls the tapered end, expanding the sleeve against the concrete.
