What happens in this clip
With the handrail and its returns fully assembled and the glue dry, align the entire handrail unit with the previously installed brackets on the wall. Carefully secure the handrail to each bracket using the appropriate screws, ensuring all connections are tight. Confirm that the handrail returns sit flush against the wall. Once all brackets are fastened, perform a thorough stability check by gripping and applying firm pressure to various points along the handrail. The handrail should feel solid and not wobble or flex. If any movement is detected, re-tighten fasteners or consider adding more support.
