Install LED Lights into Ceiling

What happens in this clip

With the electrical connections made inside the junction box, carefully tuck the junction box and any excess wiring up into the ceiling hole. Once the box is out of the way, connect the LED light fixture itself to the junction box (most modern LED recessed lights use a simple male-female quick connector). Finally, push the LED light fixture into the ceiling hole until its spring-loaded clips or tension clips engage and secure the light flush against the ceiling surface.

Ensure the fixture is stable and securely fastened.
