What happens in this clip

Before proceeding, ensure the power to the circuit you are working on is turned OFF at the breaker. Run power from the existing wall switch to the first fixture location. Then, run new electrical wiring between each subsequent light fixture, effectively daisy-chaining them. A fish tape can be used to pull wires through the ceiling cavity. Ensure that each wire coming out of the ceiling has at least 12 to 18 inches of slack to allow for easy connections.

Step 3 of 8: Install Wiring
