What happens in this clip
Once the first drywall anchor is securely in place, use a long level. Position the level so that it rests against the installed anchor. While holding the level steady and ensuring the bubble is centered (indicating a perfectly horizontal line), use your pencil to mark the exact point where the center of the second bracket will be, aligning it horizontally with the first anchor. Then, create a small indentation with your punch at this newly marked spot, ensuring a precise starting point for the next drill hole.
