Clean Up As You Go

What happens in this clip

Adopt a 'clean as you go' mentality to minimize post-job cleanup. If any paint splatters or spills occur on the floor (despite your best efforts!), wipe them up immediately. Do not let them dry or cure. When switching between paint colors, promptly rinse your brushes. Furthermore, if your brush becomes heavily loaded with paint or has paint accumulating on the ferrule (the metal part) mid-job, take a quick break to clean it in a utility sink in your laundry room or garage. This preserves your brush and maintains its effectiveness.
