What happens in this clip
After releasing the latch, continue to gently guide the ladder downwards with the long pole. The self-adjusting attic ladder is engineered to descend smoothly and remain stable as it unfolds, preventing any abrupt drops or uncontrolled movements. Allow the interconnected segments of the ladder to articulate and extend fully until the bottom of the ladder makes contact with the floor below.
Goal: Fully extend the attic ladder to the floor in a controlled manner.
