Step 3 · Position and Mark Bracket Locations
Hold the handrail itself, or a paper template representing its position, against the wall along your marked line. Align the intended bracket locations with the marked stud centers. Mark the precise spots on the wall where each bracket will be attached. Ensure the spacing between brackets is appropriate for supporting the handrail effectively.
