Orders typically ship within 1-3 weeks from our North Georgia manufacturing plant.  Expedited order processing & shipping are available per customer request for domestic orders only.  For accurate expedited costs, please call us directly at 706-331-0315 or send an email to   Please allow additional time for international orders.

Easy Returns & EXCHANGES

We hope you love everything that you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right you have 30 days from the day you receive your parcel to return or exchange the order.

Great news - No more restocking fee! 

Simply email to receive the online return form.  Once the form has been submitted you will receive an email with a prepaid shipping label.

Once the return has been received, inspected, and approved, an email with the refunded amount applied to your original form of payment will be issued.  

To receive a full refund, the original item MUST be in new condition and returned without:
Pet dander or furDirt
Grass stains
Signs of wear, washing, or improper care
Damage or stains

Please note we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS  that are placed over the phone. With this being said, we will repair any product to make sure you have the perfect size tread free of cost. We love to make custom orders but unfortunately they are made just for you and not likely to be repurposed for a separate project.


Only allowed one exchange per order.   To exchange, please email to receive an online exchange form.   Please submit online to receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

Order Cancellations are fully refundable within 24 hours of the time your order was processed.

The return & exchange shipping label costs ($10.99 - $14.99) will be deducted from total refund amount depending on size & weight of order. Or adjusted accordingly for exchanges.
