Return & Exchange Policy


At Oak Valley Designs, every order is made just for you, which is why we don’t offer returns or exchanges.  This includes carpet stair treads (sets & singles), landings, runners, and sample orders.
In the event that you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer care team at info@oakvalleydesigns.com within 7 days of delivery to get the issue resolved. Note, all items must be in new condition.

To help us serve you best, please:

  • Double-check your measurements before placing your order.

  • Reach out if you’re unsure about colors, styles, or finishes — we’re happy to help before you buy.

  • Order a sample first if you’d like to see the texture or tone in person.

Once a damaged return is approved and received at our warehouse, please allow 1–3 business days for inspection and up to 10 business days for processing. Refunds are issued only after we’ve verified that the item(s) meets our return requirements. Shipping and taxes are not eligible for refunds.

Please package your return carefully — items that arrive damaged cannot be refunded. Oak Valley Designs is not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping.
